L’Institut Agro de Montpellier a r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une application mobile novatrice pour g\u00e9rer les absences aux cours de langues. Dans un environnement o\u00f9 les cours de langues sont obligatoires et dont les groupes sont constitu\u00e9s d’\u00e9tudiant\u00b7es issu\u00b7es de l’ensemble des formations de l’\u00e9cole (licence, master, Ing\u00e9nieur). L’Institut Agro de Montpellier a d\u00fb faire face \u00e0 la lourdeur de la gestion des absences. L’application a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette probl\u00e9matique sp\u00e9cifique, en offrant une solution num\u00e9rique efficace et accessible.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Le d\u00e9veloppement de l’application a \u00e9t\u00e9 le fruit d’une collaboration \u00e9troite entre le SRIL, demandeur du projet, et la CAN, qui a apport\u00e9 son expertise technique. Cette synergie a \u00e9t\u00e9 cruciale pour la r\u00e9ussite du projet.<\/p>

L’un des principaux d\u00e9fis rencontr\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 la gestion d’un grand nombre de cours vari\u00e9s et l’acc\u00e8s diff\u00e9renci\u00e9 aux informations. Les assistantes de formation ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l’\u00e9dition feuilles de donn\u00e9es (listes des langues, des enseignants, des cours et des \u00e9l\u00e8ves), tandis que les enseignant\u00b7es utilisent l’application pour signaler les absences.<\/p>

Bien que l’application ait \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour \u00eatre intuitive, certains utilisateur\u00b7rices ont eu du mal \u00e0 s’adapter au changement. Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ce d\u00e9fi ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place des r\u00e9unions d’information, des notices et un tutoriel vid\u00e9o, assurant ainsi un accompagnement complet pour faciliter la transition vers ce nouvel outil.<\/p>

L’application, interconnect\u00e9e avec plusieurs feuilles de Google Worksheet, fournit aux enseignant\u00b7es un acc\u00e8s instantan\u00e9 via leurs smartphones aux listes de cours, d’\u00e9l\u00e8ves, et d’enseignant\u00b7es. Les assistantes de formation peuvent \u00e9diter ces listes en ligne, assurant ainsi une mise \u00e0 jour en temps r\u00e9el. Les enseignant\u00b7es s\u00e9lectionnent facilement leur langue, leur cours, et peuvent marquer les absences, d\u00e9clenchant automatiquement l’envoi de courriels aux \u00e9tudiant\u00b7es absent\u00b7es pour les informer de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de fournir des justificatifs.<\/p>

Le d\u00e9veloppement de l’application a suivi une m\u00e9thode agile, avec la cr\u00e9ation d’une maquette initiale qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9e progressivement. Fort de son succ\u00e8s, un projet similaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 pour les cours de sport, d\u00e9montrant la polyvalence et l’efficacit\u00e9 de cette approche technologique.<\/p>

L’exp\u00e9rience a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 l’importance de pr\u00e9voir du temps pour les ajustements continus. Les id\u00e9es de fonctionnalit\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e9mergent souvent une fois que les utilisateur\u00b7rices commencent \u00e0 interagir avec les premi\u00e8res versions de l’application.<\/p>
