Initi\u00e9 par l\u2019ANSTIA en 2012, le Pedagolab<\/strong><\/em> est le rendez-vous annuel des accompagnateurs p\u00e9dagogiques. Cette ann\u00e9e, il se d\u00e9roulait les 24 et\u00a0<\/strong>25 Mai \u00e0 Bayonne<\/strong>, sur le campus de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Pau et des Pays de l\u2019Adour.<\/p>

Au programme de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement riche en rencontres et \u00e9changes, plusieurs ateliers<\/strong> \u00e9taient propos\u00e9s par des professionnels de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie p\u00e9dagogique pour repenser la formation des enseignants pour une meilleure\u00a0<\/strong>r\u00e9ussite \u00e9tudiante<\/strong>. Des accompagnateurs d\u2019\u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieurs venus de toute la France ont donc jou\u00e9 le jeu consistant \u00e0 co-construire ensemble l\u2019appui des \u00e9quipes p\u00e9dagogiques\u00a0!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Plusieurs th\u00e9matiques ont donc \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9es aux participants, sollicitant \u00e0 la fois leur cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, leur capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation et d\u2019\u00e9coute pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir ensemble \u00e0 ces sujets. Par exemple\u00a0: \u00ab Comment amener les enseignants \u00e0 varier les m\u00e9thodes p\u00e9dagogiques\u00a0?<\/strong><\/em> \u00bb, \u00ab C<\/strong><\/em>omment valoriser la formation des enseignants\u00a0?<\/strong><\/em> \u00bb \u2026 De nombreuses probl\u00e9matiques auxquelles nous faisons face dans notre travail au quotidien, et auxquelles nous tentons de r\u00e9pondre au mieux\u00a0!<\/p>

Pour notre part, notre choix s\u2019est port\u00e9 sur cette th\u00e9matique-l\u00e0 : \u00ab Q<\/strong><\/em>uelle conception de formation pour quelle th\u00e9matique\u00a0?\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\u00bb\u00a0: la journ\u00e9e a donc d\u00e9marr\u00e9 par un accueil autour d\u2019un caf\u00e9, ce qui nous a permis de faire connaissance avec les autres participants. Puis, nous avons encha\u00een\u00e9 avec une activit\u00e9 d\u2019ice-breaking<\/strong>, suivie d\u2019une s\u00e9ance de brainstorming<\/strong> en groupe autour des formats de formation. Apr\u00e8s un moment de r\u00e9flexion, nous nous sommes fix\u00e9s sur ce th\u00e8me\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0comment choisir mon format vid\u00e9o en fonction de mes objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques\u00a0?\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\u00bb. Et le d\u00e9fi \u00e9tait de taille, puisqu\u2019il s\u2019agissait de pr\u00e9parer ensemble un plan de formation pr\u00e9cis sur une seule journ\u00e9e, avec des contraintes donn\u00e9es par l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019accompagnement\u00a0!\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Nous en avons \u00e9galement profit\u00e9 pour tester le Learning Battle Cards<\/strong>, un jeu de design thinking<\/strong> proposant 108 outils au service de la conception de formation\u00a0: chaque carte d\u00e9crit un objet p\u00e9dagogique qui favorise le d\u00e9veloppement de comp\u00e9tences. Nous l\u2019avons utilis\u00e9 pour alimenter nos \u00e9changes, proposer de nouvelles pistes\u2026<\/p>

Au final, ce fut un moment riche en discussions et en \u00e9mulations d\u2019id\u00e9es, permettant de s\u2019ouvrir \u00e0 de nouvelles perspectives pour repenser notre appui aux enseignants<\/strong>. La journ\u00e9e s\u2019est ensuite cl\u00f4tur\u00e9e par une soir\u00e9e \u00e0 la cidrerie Ttipia, lieu embl\u00e9matique de Bayonne.<\/p>
