Fall of Plant Castle<\/strong> est un jeu p\u00e9dagogique<\/strong> cr\u00e9\u00e9 par Elsa Ballini<\/strong>, bas\u00e9 sur le \u00ab\u00a0Learning by doing<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb, permettant d\u2019appr\u00e9hender l\u2019immunit\u00e9 v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et ses diff\u00e9rents acteurs. En tant que ressource interactive<\/strong>, il offre la possibilit\u00e9 aux joueur\u00b7euse\u00b7s de se familiariser avec les m\u00e9canismes utilis\u00e9s par la plante et les bact\u00e9ries. Largement inspir\u00e9 du jeu \u00ab\u00a0Vegevaders<\/strong> \u00bb, il invite les \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s \u00e0 mieux comprendre les composants du syst\u00e8me immunitaire d\u2019une cellule v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et d\u2019une bact\u00e9rie, et permet de discuter de strat\u00e9gies de contr\u00f4le des maladies. Ce jeu peut notamment s\u2019utiliser lors d\u2019une classe invers\u00e9e<\/strong> pour valider les acquis<\/strong> et permettre d\u2019approfondir par un d\u00e9bat\/discussion<\/strong>.<\/p>

Le jeu pr\u00e9sente les diff\u00e9rents composants du syst\u00e8me immunitaire d\u2019une cellule v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et d\u2019une bact\u00e9rie<\/strong> : un\u00b7e joueur\u00b7euse devra donc simuler l\u2019attaque d\u2019une bact\u00e9rie sur la plante, et l\u2019autre devra utiliser les m\u00e9canismes de d\u00e9fense de cette derni\u00e8re. Il s’agit \u00e9galement de mettre en \u00e9vidence les pressions de s\u00e9lection qui s’exerce sur ces diff\u00e9rentes prot\u00e9ines et ainsi expliquer l’apparition ou non de nouveaux variants pathog\u00e8nes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Le projet<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ce projet a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 la participation de l’\u00e9quipe TICE<\/strong> par la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un graphisme adapt\u00e9<\/strong>, que ce soit au niveau du plateau de jeu ou des diff\u00e9rentes pi\u00e8ces. Nous avons dans l\u2019id\u00e9e de leur donner une forme de puzzle, afin de permettre de comprendre les interactions entre bact\u00e9rie, cellules, prot\u00e9ines, m\u00e9canismes de d\u00e9fense\u2026 Des illustrations ludiques permettent d\u2019incarner les bact\u00e9ries et autres prot\u00e9ines comme de petits personnages, et de symboliser la barri\u00e8re v\u00e9g\u00e9tale comme le rempart d\u2019un ch\u00e2teau fort.<\/p>

Fall of the Plant Castle<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 lors de la Summer School<\/a> organis\u00e9e par le r\u00e9seau ESCAPAdE<\/a> \u00e0 SLU \u00e0 Alnarp (Su\u00e8de) en 2021, o\u00f9 il a pu \u00eatre directement test\u00e9 par les \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s. Il est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 en Licence Pro agriculture raisonn\u00e9e, et en Dominante 1 pour animer le TD qui suit la s\u00e9ance de cours en FOAD sur les m\u00e9canismes de r\u00e9sistance des plantes. Nous avons l\u2019intention de faire \u00e9voluer le jeu par la suite, pour qu\u2019il soit utilisable avec des personnes en formation continue, ou des agriculteurs. L\u2019un des objectifs est notamment de sensibiliser les utilisateurs \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont fonctionnent certaines produits de Biocontrol.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
