MRPoke <\/strong>est un jeu d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la gestion de la production <\/strong>o\u00f9 les apprenant\u00b7es ont\u00a0pour mission de mener \u00e0 bien la\u00a0fabrication d\u2019un Poke Bowl<\/strong> dans un contexte simul\u00e9 de l\u2019industrie alimentaire. Pens\u00e9 pour des \u00e9tudiant\u00b7es de la Dominante 2, ce jeu p\u00e9dagogique s’inscrit dans l’UE2 – Proc\u00e9d\u00e9s et gestion des unit\u00e9s de production et il favorise le travail en \u00e9quipe \u00e0 travers la r\u00e9flexion commune.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    L’animation des enseignements qui traitent des m\u00e9thodes de gestion de production sont souvent pas simples par des voies classiques en face-\u00e0-face dans une classe ou amphith\u00e9\u00e2tre. Le d\u00e9fi que je rencontrais \u00e9tait de transmettre des comp\u00e9tences op\u00e9rationnelles qui rel\u00e8vent des strat\u00e9gies de planification et le management des ressources productives sous forme de TD. Les \u00e9tudes de cas, bien que pertinentes, ne permettaient pas de se projeter avec un outil num\u00e9rique souvent utilis\u00e9 en entreprises, ni de se confronter sur une \u00e9volution de situation en production au cours du temps et avec diff\u00e9rentes contraintes. Concevoir le jeu de planification MRPoke a compl\u00e8tement m\u00e9tamorphos\u00e9 mon exp\u00e9rience p\u00e9dagogique et celle des \u00e9tudiant\u00b7es. Bien que je m’appuie toujours sur des s\u00e9ances en face-\u00e0-face en amphi pour pr\u00e9senter les diff\u00e9rentes connaissances et m\u00e9thodes organisationnelles, leur exp\u00e9rimentation via ce jeu num\u00e9rique leur permet de mesurer les cons\u00e9quences de leurs d\u00e9cisions dans un environnement contraint. Le jeu MRPoke avec \u00e0 la fois une interface num\u00e9rique mais une base de jeu mat\u00e9rielle avec des planches et des l\u00e9gos, permet de se confronter au plus pr\u00e8s des situations r\u00e9elles en entreprise sur deux \u00e9chelles de temps, plus long terme et journali\u00e8re. De plus, l’animation du jeu par groupe d’\u00e9tudiant\u00b7es facilite les interactions entre \u00e9tudiant\u00b7es avec les \u00e9changes des points de vue et la concertation pour la prise de d\u00e9cisions. Tout un travail de collaboration a \u00e9t\u00e9 stimulant entre les enseignants et l’\u00e9quipe SAPIENS pour faire \u00e9voluer le jeu d’un point de vue num\u00e9rique, mat\u00e9riel mais aussi p\u00e9dagogique en termes d’\u00e9valuation (par un relev\u00e9 de d\u00e9cisions) et la r\u00e9flexion sur une grille de comp\u00e9tences crit\u00e9ri\u00e9e. Ce jeu a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 l’occasion de co-construire avec les enseignant\u00b7es-chercheur\u00b7ses de Montpellier et de Rennes-Angers pour un enrichissement mutuel des approches p\u00e9dagogiques.
