\u00ab\u00a0R\u00e9flexivit\u00e9 et Comp\u00e9tences\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> \u00e0 Toulouse en partenariat avec l&rsquo;AgroToulouse, dans le cadre du projet AGROVERTIR.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><strong>Jean Fran\u00e7ois Martin<\/strong>, enseignant chercheur et co-directeur du d\u00e9partement BE, <strong>M\u00e9lanie Duppi<\/strong>, cheffe du service SAVI, et <strong>Maxime Dessaint<\/strong>, Responsable ing\u00e9nierie p\u00e9dagogique APC ont pu \u00e9changer et partager leurs visions de la r\u00e9flexivit\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences de nos apprenant\u00b7es avec <strong>Roman Teisserenc<\/strong>, enseignant-chercheur AgroToulouse, et co-fondateur du Master Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en class=\"ace-line\" aria-live=\"assertive\"><strong>Le<\/strong> <strong>Boterf<\/strong> (2000) parle de <strong>la r\u00e9flexivit\u00e9 <\/strong>comme \u00e9tant<strong> la troisi\u00e8me dimension de la comp\u00e9tence apr\u00e8s l\u2019action et les ressources<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre du recul sur une exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue, en faire ressortir des conseils et des pr\u00e9conisations d\u2019am\u00e9lioration, et de planifier la mise en \u0153uvre de ces derni\u00e8res.
